The Pangea Eco Ledge is secured with two powerful silicone-encapsulated industrial strength magnets that can safely support reptiles up to 50g! This means easy installation for your customers, and no worries that their reptiles will fall!
We chose a high-grade durable silicone that can stand up to the wear from your customers' reptiles and dishwashers. They can easily wash this strong silicone ledge by hand, or in a dishwasher! Silicone is a high-quality non-toxic material that won't break down into harmful micro-plastics like many other common materials which is why it is considered more ocean-friendly. Silicone will also stand up to heat better than most plastics as well making it more pet-friendly.
